Give yourself a time and place to pause and take a break. This “light touch” retreat is designed for living in the modern world. Meditating can then carries the benefits of mindfulness into the rest the holiday season.
Open to meditators of all experience levels, community meditations offer us a chance to practice, meet and connect with other members of our community and refresh our sense of well-being, goodness, and sanity.
