Shambhala Sadhana

March 24th

Date details +

This practice mixes chanting and silent meditation and occurs on or about the full moon day of each month.  The word Sadhana, from Sanskrit, literally translates as “a means of accomplishment”—in this case the accomplishment of the realization of the basic goodness of ourselves, others, and society as a whole.

In this particular sadhana, we unite our voices, visualizations, and heart-felt intentions that we and all societies will rediscover our awake wisdom and compassion, both individually and collectively.

All are most welcome to participate, with no previous experience required.
