Taming the Mind
with Scott Perry
At the heart of the Buddhist path is the practice of meditation. Learning to recognize and tame our wandering, distractible, preoccupied mind allows us to discover and experience inherent mindfulness and awareness, the essential foundation for understanding ourselves and working with others
Meetings will consist of a dharma talk, open dialogue among participants, and optional readings. Meditation instruction and/or consultation will be available with the leader outside class meeting times.
A generosity policy applies for those for whom the full price would prevent attendance. Please contact Scott Perry in advance at [email protected] to arrange.
