Learn to Meditate

2nd Saturday of every month,  9:30 am to 12 Noon

This workshop is for those looking to get started with meditation, or for those looking to refresh and strengthen their already existing practice, and is designed to provide you with both the view of mindfulness/awareness meditation practice and the details of the technique itself.  Led by experienced Shambhala meditation instructors you will be taught the technique, have a chance to practice with it, and have the opportunity to participate in open discussions to have questions answered and to share with others your experiences doing this practice.  If you, and/or a friend, have been thinking about learning to meditate please do join us for this workshop.
